Are Heretic perfumes all-natural?
Yes, we use 100% naturally derived materials. Our fragrances are crafted from essential oils, absolutes, and concretes blended in organic non-GMO sugarcane alcohol without any synthetic fixatives or phthalates.
Is your fragrance collection vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals, and all of our ingredients are vegan-friendly. We believe in beauty without compromise.
How long will my natural fragrance last on the skin?
Natural perfumes interact with your body chemistry and typically last 4 to 6 hours. Because they lack synthetic extenders, they offer a more intimate, evolving scent experience rather than an overpowering trail.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. We highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Set or individual samples before committing to a full-size bottle.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international territories. Please note that because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, it requires special ground-based handling which may affect delivery times.
Why does the color of my perfume look different than my last bottle?
Since we use natural botanical ingredients, variations in color and clarity are normal. Factors like the harvest season and soil conditions of our raw materials can cause slight aesthetic differences between batches.
