At Heretic Parfum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical fragrance experience. While we cannot accept returns on opened full-size bottles due to the artisanal nature of our products, we offer a seamless exchange or return process for unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance is in its original, unopened packaging with the cellophane seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@hereticparfum.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA form is included inside.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
